Our Admission Process
A Simple, Transparent Journey
We want the admission process to be clear and convenient for parents. The general process is:

Explore VMPS
Learn about our academics, student life, facilities and educational approach. Parents may also book a campus visit to experience the school environment.

Apply Online
Complete the VMPS Online Admission Form and provide the required information and documents according to the instructions. Parents can also apply in person.

Application Review
The Admissions Office reviews the submitted application and verifies the information and supporting documents. Where applicable, parents are informed about the next stage.

Admission Assessment
The child is invited for an admission assessment according to the class applied for. Assessment requirements vary by age and class level.

Assessment Result
The child’s performance is reviewed according to the school’s admission criteria and available seats. Successful candidates proceed to the interview stage.

Parent Interview
Parents of successful candidates are contacted about the interview. Both parents, along with the child, are required to be present.

Admission Confirmation
An admission voucher is issued. Parents complete the fee formalities within the deadline and submit a copy of the paid voucher to the campus to confirm the admission.

Class Placement & Joining
The student is placed in the appropriate class and the family receives the information required for joining. Welcome to the VMPS family!

Age and Class Eligibility
Students are admitted according to the school’s age and class eligibility requirements for each admission cycle.

- Completed Online Admission Form
- Child’s NADRA Birth Certificate
- B-Form
- CNIC copies of both parents / guardians
- Recent 3 passport-size photographs of the student
- Previous school’s latest progress report
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, where applicable
On the day of assessment: please bring the original documents where required, along with the requested copies. The school may request additional documentation depending on the class applied for.

Understanding the Assessment
The admission assessment is designed according to the student’s age and class level. Its purpose is to understand the student’s existing learning level and readiness for the applied class.
Early Years
Reception & Kindergarten
An age-appropriate assessment focusing on:
- Language

Primary
Class I – V
Students are assessed in key foundational subjects:
- English
- Urdu
- Mathematics
Middle & Secondary
Class VI – IX
Students are assessed in:

Additional assessment may apply to certain senior classes or specific subject/group selections.

When Should I Apply?
VMPS admissions generally begin around December / January, with the exact schedule announced for each academic session. The academic year generally begins around April.

At what age can my child apply?
Admission age varies by class. Please refer to the Age and Class Eligibility section above and check the latest admission cycle for applicable dates.
What assessment does my child need to take?
The assessment depends on the class. Reception and Kindergarten students undergo an age-appropriate assessment covering vocabulary, colours, numbers, shapes, conversation, confidence and motor skills.
For Classes I–V and Classes VI–IX, assessment areas include English, Urdu and Mathematics.
Is an interview required?
Yes. Successful candidates are invited for an interview as part of the admission process. The current VMPS procedure requires both parents to be present for the interview.
What documents do I need?
Parents should prepare the admission form, NADRA Birth Certificate, B-Form, parent/guardian CNIC copies, photographs and relevant previous-school records, plus a Transfer Certificate for students transferring from another school.
Can I apply online?
Yes. Complete the VMPS Online Admission Form and submit it according to the admission instructions. You can also apply in person.
Can I visit the school before applying?
Yes. Parents are welcome to arrange a campus visit. We recommend scheduling an appointment for visits during regular school days.
When does the academic year begin?
The academic year generally begins around April. Exact dates and schedules are announced for each academic session.
What happens after my child passes the assessment?
Successful candidates proceed to the interview stage. After the interview and required formalities, an admission voucher is issued.
